He has demonstrated success in product planning, development, and monitoring. Adept at being able to anticipate, troubleshoot, and resolve escalated problems.

He has deep understanding of the synergies and interrelation among product quality, CPSIA, ZDHC and quality assurance from raw materials to retail and its impact on the Supply Chain.

He is also Lead Assessor as well as member of technical committee of Bangladesh Accreditation board. Also have the keen capability to find out the root cause, analysis the output, review the consequence and able to find out the solution most of the defect cases and find out most appropriate preventive action. Apart from this, had sharp knowledge as well as Trainer on country wise different regulations like as CPSIA, Fiber & Care Label Regulations (USA, Europe and Canada), REACH, China test (GB test method), Product Safety (Children product) and Quality effective & Improve Plan in production process.

Organized more than 2 million test reports, Conducted Calibration of more than 5000 equipment, 11 nos. Lab set up & consultancy done in different factory as per standard ISO 17025 and certified 16 Lab as per customers Technical specification.
